Excel Activity Batch Template for Total Learner Counts (CME only)

Accredited providers may use this template to upload Total Learner Counts for CME activities that already exist in PARS. This template may also be used to close an activity once all required data has been entered. Instructions are included in the first row of the template, and completed files can be uploaded on the Batch Upload Activity page.
