LIVE WEBINAR ON HEALTH EQUITY ON MAY 30
Join the upcoming National Health Equity Grand Rounds on May 30 at 3:30 PM CT for the Advancing Health Equity Through Resistance: A State of the Union on Threats and Opportunities event. Hear from speakers from institutions like Harvard Kennedy School, UC Berkeley, New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Racial Equity Institute, Brookings Institution, and Boston Medical Center. Health care professionals may receive no-cost continuing medical education (CME) credit by attending.
The National Health Equity Grand Rounds series is developed by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, American Medical Association, National Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education, and Respectability.

APPLY TO THE CORE COMPETENCY IMPLEMENTATION PILOT PROJECT BY JUNE 15
The NAM Action Collaborative on Combatting Substance Use and Opioid Crises is launching its Core Competency Implementation Pilot Project! This initiative is open to health professional education and practice initiatives, programs, or institutions dedicated to transforming interprofessional education and substance use care.
Over a 6-month project period, participants will integrate the NAM’s Core Competency Framework into their educational and clinical practices, aiming to enhance coordinated, interprofessional, high-quality, and person-centered care. Participants will receive a full suite of resources, expert guidance, and targeted support to navigate educational, clinical, and workforce challenges.
