The Journal of Interprofessional Education & Practice invites submissions for a special issue on Advancing Healthcare through Interprofessional Continuing Education Initiatives. The Joint Accreditation leadership team is among the co-editors. Submissions are due March 31, 2027.
Manuscripts should examine how interprofessional continuing education is designed, implemented, evaluated, and sustained to advance collaborative practice, team-based care, quality, safety, equity, and improved health outcomes.
The guest editors include the Joint Accreditation leadership team: Dr. Dimitra V. Travlos, PharmD, FNAP, Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE); Jennifer Graebe, DrPH, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, FNAP, FAAN, American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC); and Kate Regnier, MA, MBA, Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME); as well as Tina Patel Gunaldo, PhD, DPT, MHS, Collaborate for Health LLC.
