Integration Excellence: Conform to ACCME’s technical specifications for activity and learner data reporting, including dropdown fields, matching protocols, error handling, and API usage.
Customer Success: Offer sandbox testing environments and train LMS customer service teams on supporting PARS/JA-PARS integrations.
Shared Mission: Support accredited providers’ success by making CME/CE reporting seamless, secure, and learner-centered.
Stewardship of Data: Protect physician learner data in compliance with ACCME security and privacy standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Premier Technology Partners are technology vendors that demonstrate a strong, reliable commitment to helping accredited CME/CE providers report data seamlessly and securely through PARS and/or JA-PARS. Eligible applicants must:
- Maintain a live integration that has successfully facilitated learner and activity data for at least one accredited provider within the past 180 days.
- Meet ACCME’s technical specifications, complete sandbox testing, and safeguard physician learner data in accordance with ACCME’s security and privacy requirements.
- Offer the technology as an independent solution. If affiliated with a consulting or advisory business, the technology must have a distinct name and web presence and be available for purchase without requiring consulting services.
- Agree to the Premier Technology Partner Program terms, complete the required attestation, and pay the annual program fee.
Organizations that do not yet meet every criterion may work with ACCME to strengthen their integration, establish the required track record or independence, and apply when ready. Reach out to ACCME Data Services for assistance.
