Excel Learner Pre-Validation Upload Template

Accredited providers may use this template to pre-validate their learners’ identity before uploading their credit into ACCME’s Program and Activity Reporting System (PARS). Instructions are included in the first row of the template. This instruction row must be deleted before submission or your file will be rejected. Note that the more information you can provide, the more likely you are to get a single matched learner. When you have completed the template, you can upload it to the Learner Batch Upload page in PARS.
