Joint Providership Checklist

Joint Providership Checklist

Joint providership can be a valuable way for your organization to expand your educational offerings and reach new learners. We want you to be successful in these collaborations with nonaccredited providers.

The following checklist can help you manage joint providership with confidence:

  • Stay informed
Ask staff to enter activities into ACCME’s Program and Activity Reporting System (PARS) as they are developed.
  • Build in oversight
Assign more than one staff member to enter activities.
  • Do a quality check
Regularly review PARS data, disclosures, and the accreditation statement. Check the activity for content validity. Complete these reviews early and often, prior to the activity start.
  • Stay on track
Be mindful of your responsibility to meet all accreditation deadlines.

Reach out to us at info@accme.org if you have questions, or check out our past Compliance Check on joint providership.
