We’re happy to share a downloadable version of the ACCME commendation criteria wheel, a graphic representation of the categories and criteria that are part of the Menu of Criteria for Accreditation with Commendation.
Many of our providers requested a copy of the graphic after seeing it used during the ACCME 2017 meeting, and during other presentations by ACCME staff, and now it is available to you on our website!
As a reminder, to be eligible for Accreditation with Commendation, CME providers need to demonstrate compliance with any seven criteria of their choice, from any category—plus one criterion from the Achieves Outcomes category—for a total of eight criteria from the Menu of Criteria for Accreditation with Commendation. Compliance with the commendation criteria is optional for CME providers and is not required to achieve Accreditation. Providers will continue to achieve and retain Accreditation by demonstrating compliance with Accreditation Criteria 1-13.
