Is the Menu of Criteria for Accreditation with Commendation required to achieve accreditation within the ACCME system?
No. Achieving compliance with the menu of commendation criteria is optional for CME providers and is not required to achieve Accreditation. Providers will continue to achieve and retain Accreditation by demonstrating compliance with the following Accreditation Criteria: Mission, Program Analysis, Program Improvements, Educational Needs, Designed to Change, Appropriate Formats, Competencies, and Analyzes Change.
